Common areas are cleaned, including corridors, stairwells, entrance areas, and elevators, according to demand — once a month, once a week, or several times a week. The cleaning schedule is agreed upon with the client. The number of housekeepers is determined based on the number of floors and residents. If the complex has a yard, yard cleaning and waste removal are also provided. Service quality is monitored by a manager assigned to the building. The pricing is determined after an on-site visit.
For the daily cleaning service of offices, housekeepers are selected based on the area and tasks to be performed. Housekeepers visit the office according to a schedule tailored to the office’s needs.
