Dust removal using an industrial vacuum cleaner, and pressure washing of the parking area. Wet cleaning of pipelines and cleaning of parking doors.

Common areas are cleaned, including corridors, stairwells, entrance areas, and elevators, according to demand — once a month, once a week, or several times a week. The cleaning schedule is agreed upon with the client. The number of housekeepers is determined based on the number of floors and residents. If the complex has a yard, yard cleaning and waste removal are also provided. Service quality is monitored by a manager assigned to the building. The pricing is determined after an on-site visit.

For the daily cleaning service of offices, housekeepers are selected based on the area and tasks to be performed. Housekeepers visit the office according to a schedule tailored to the office’s needs. The manager(s) assigned to the office check the quality of the completed work. Additionally, based on the client's preferences, hygiene products (liquid soaps, paper towels, disinfectants, etc.) are provided to the office.
